Addition of Director

Documents required for Addition of Director:

  • Copy of PAN card, Aadhar Card and Residence proof of the director
  • Personal details such as Contact Number, Email id, Educational Qualification, Current Occupation and Place of Birth.
  • A valid Digital Signature of the new director and any one existing director of the company.

Process for appointment of director:

  1. Obtain consent from Director in Form DIR-2
  2. Pass board resolution for appointment as additional director
  3. Provide appointment letter to the director.
  4. File Form DIR-12 within 30 days from the date of Board Meeting.

Resignation of Director

Documents required for resignation of Director:

  • Resignation letter from the director
  • Contact number and email id.
  • Copy of Id and Address proof.

Process for resignation of director:

  1. Pass board resolution for acceptance of resignation after receipt of resignation letter from the director
  2. File Form DIR-12 within 30 days from the date of Board Meeting.
